One Sermon Series. A Full Publishing House Built Around It.
The Brief: The senior pastor had a vision: take Epikos Church's original teaching content and turn it into a nationally distributable resource for other churches. That meant building Epikos Publishing from scratch — a new imprint with its own brand identity, content architecture, and multi-format product line, built around a single sermon series called Behold, the Gospel of John.
The Execution: Led every creative discipline across the launch — study guides, resource books, original music, podcasts, and a complete print system covering all in-building and promotional formats. Every format had to work independently and as part of a coherent content ecosystem. Brand identity, editorial design, music supervision, and production direction all ran simultaneously.
The Outcome: Epikos Publishing launched as a functioning imprint and was adopted as a partner project by Converge, one of the largest evangelical denominations in the United States. The content is actively used by house churches across the country. Behold remains the flagship series — a full-scale content product built on a church budget.
