$354,000 Raised, $36,000 Budget. One Night.
The Brief: Harbor58 needed to raise $300K for new organizational initiatives — through a single donor event, with a lean budget and a room full of people who needed a reason to give generously.
The Insight: Donors give when they feel something. The brief wasn't really about fundraising — it was about emotional engineering. Build the right room, the right atmosphere, the right moment, and the giving follows. We built Nashville Hot: a fully immersive country music gala that transported guests out of a Milwaukee event space and into the heart of Broadway.
The Execution: Full creative direction from concept through event night — brand identity, theme, print and digital promotion, multi-format media, and complete event activation. Every touchpoint was intentional: themed staff, a denim photo wall, country music auction items, and a live Nashville band that set the emotional temperature of the room before the ask was ever made.
The Outcome: $354,000 raised on the night — 18% over the $300K target — on a $36K production budget. Nearly 10x return on event investment.
